One of the biggest years in the festival's history. Dame Judi Dench headlined alongside Brian Cox, Dame Penelope Wilton, Dame Harriet Walter, Alexander Armstrong, Maggie O'Farrell, Marina Hyde, Ray Mears, Greg Doran, George Monbiot, Pam Ayres, Roma Agrawal, Shazia Mirza, Debbie Wiseman and Dame Jacqueline Wilson. The festival ran from 2nd to 7th May at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
